From Our Founder

Jordan McNeely, founder of Grace Capital Partners, was born and raised in Clemson, SC, and currently resides in Wilmington, NC. He graduated from Clemson University and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering so he could pursue his passion of nuclear energy and technology development.

After college, he was in the nuclear industry for 10 years and quickly progressed from entry level engineer to a nuclear operations control room supervisor. Towards the end of his tenure in nuclear operations, Jordan found his second love… Real Estate.

Jordan started his investing career as a Limited Partner on 113-units in Desoto, TX, and a single-family short-term rental in Surf City, NC, which he actively managed. Both investments allowed him to gain valuable perspective and experience prior to founding Grace Capital Partners. Since establishing Grace, Jordan has acquired over $30M in multifamily assets as a general partner in Charlotte, NC. Jordan continues to pursue opportunities in Charlotte and Wilmington, NC MSAs, and expands his reach to other Southeast MSAs when properly partnered.

John oversees finance and investor relations activities. Carrying a B.S. in Science and Technology, John quickly progressed to EVP of Sales and Marketing by age 27. John started his investing career in 2017, and expanded to larger portfolio management to focus on maximizing investor returns.
